We are proud to announce the addition of Lindsay Novak, a certified physician assistant (PA-C), to our team of skilled providers at our Rib Mountain location. With extensive experience and a strong commitment to care, Novak brings valuable expertise in healthcare and patient education to the community.

A graduate of the prestigious Yale Physician Associate Program, where she earned her Master of Medical Science (MMS), Novak shares Bone & Joint’s commitment to advancing orthopedic health and movement in the community. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and over the years has given back to her profession and local community by lecturing at physician assistant programs and assisting in skills labs.

Novak’s experience as a physician assistant spans outpatient internal medicine, family medicine and urgent care. A former public school science teacher and accomplished athlete, she is passionate about serving her community, having volunteered on local boards and as a coach. A Rhinelander native, Novak chose to join Bone & Joint for its strong reputation for quality care and collaboration.

“Bone & Joint is known for outstanding patient care and a collaborative team approach,” said Novak. “Bone & Joint’s commitment to expanding services to local communities and investing in providers sets this organization apart. I’m thrilled to contribute my skills and be part of a team that truly prioritizes its patients.”
