They can help you complete the simple enrollment process.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It\u2019s easy to enroll. There\u2019s no time-consuming paperwork or set-up fees.<\/li>\n<li>After enrollment, you will receive a monthly bill\/statement from Commerce Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Manageable monthly payments are determined by the amount of the outstanding balance.<\/li>\n<li>You can pay your balance off early without penalty.<\/li>\n<li>Continue to receive necessary care while you are on the payment plan.<\/li>\n<li>Pay for multiple services on one account.<\/li>\n<li>All patients qualify for financing.<\/li>\n<li>There&#8217;s no credit check necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Clinic and surgery center balances, as well as multiple family member accounts, can be combined by a patient guarantor to meet the minimum required balance. Combined balances are conveniently financed under one monthly bill.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h2>How do patients or guarantors qualify for financing?<\/h2>\n<p>Patients must carry an outstanding balance of at least $1,000 on a Bone &amp; Joint Center account (Clinic and\/or Surgery Center) for initial financing. Subsequent financing arrangements have a $750 minimum balance requirement.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><h2>What is the cost of the loan to the patients?<\/h2>\n<p>The line of credit is provided to patients or guarantors for no additional cost. Bone &amp; Joint offers zero-percent Annual Percentage Rate (APR) financing regardless of the amount outstanding or the number of months needed to pay.<\/p>\n<p>Our special arrangement allows you to pay your bills with monthly payments that carry zero-interest financing when you have a balance of $1,000 or more. Depending on the amount, you can finance your care for 12, 24, or 36 months.
