I want to understand how these conditions affect my patients, their quality of life and their livelihood.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Dr. Leonardelli completed his medical education at Creighton University School of Medicine, followed by an orthopedic surgery residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego. He completed his fellowship at the Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Leonardelli is affiliated with several professional organizations such as the American Orthopedic Association, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Society of Military Orthopedic Surgeons.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Dr. Leonardelli has a robust military background, having served as an orthopedic surgeon in the United States Navy for over 20 years, retiring in 2024. His service included deployments both overseas and stateside, participation in humanitarian missions and specific roles during the COVID pandemic on the USNS Mercy and within the Navy&#8217;s Expeditionary Resuscitative Surgical System (ERSS).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Expanding Specialized Care in Central Wisconsin<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The addition of Dr. Leonardelli to Bone &amp; Joint\u2019s team marks a significant expansion of specialized hand, wrist and elbow services, making top-quality care more accessible to patients across central Wisconsin.
