During his 16-year health care career, Turner also held leadership positions at Arizona Bone and Joint and Amarillo Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Institute.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWorking for organizations committed to serving people and providing high-quality compassionate care is important to me,\u201d said Brent Turner, Bone &amp; Joint\u2019s CEO. \u201cBone &amp; Joint does that. Each person who walks through our doors receives the best care possible, so they can walk out with better health and a better quality of life. I\u2019m honored to be part of a team that focuses on people first.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As Bone &amp; Joint\u2019s CEO, Turner will lead staff and maintain a culture of excellent patient-focused care; oversee business development, financial, and strategic marketing efforts; direct clinical operations; and strategize and plan for expansion initiatives enhancing services and facilities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe look forward to the growth Bone &amp; Joint will realize under Brent\u00a0Turner\u2019s leadership,\u201d said Jayson Dykema, Bone &amp; Joint\u2019s business development manager. \u201cBrent brings the knowledge and expertise needed to navigate and compete in the\u00a0complex and dynamic health care environment and provide the best orthopedic care for the people in our community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Turner received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from West Texas A &amp; M University. He earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech School of Law, with an emphasis and specialization in contracts and negotiations.<\/p>\n<p>Before starting his career in health care administration, Mr. Turner founded an information technology company in Amarillo, Texas. He served for four years in the United States Air Force, earning the rank of sergeant.
