How Self-Pay Bundled Pricing Works

Getting clear, upfront pricing for your care is simple. Here’s what to expect:

1. Find Your Package

Select the service you need (office visit, procedure, therapy, imaging, or surgery).
You’ll be directed to our secure HealthMe portal, where you can:

  • Search by provider

  • Search by symptom (like knee pain or shoulder pain)

  • Browse available care packages

Each package clearly outlines what’s included and the total price.

2. Purchase Your Package

Once you’ve selected the appropriate package, click “Purchase” and complete the secure checkout process — just like online shopping.

After checkout, you’ll receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • A unique 9-character redemption code

What Is a Redemption Code?

After purchasing your package, HealthMe emails you a unique 9-character redemption code.

This code verifies your purchase and allows our team to access your package details at check-in.

3. Schedule Your Appointment

After purchasing your package, contact Bone & Joint to schedule your appointment.
In some cases, our team may reach out to you first.

4. Bring Your Redemption Code

When you arrive for your appointment, simply provide your redemption code to our office staff.

We’ll use that code to confirm your package and proceed with your care.
