Bone & Joint is offering FREE sports physicals, one night only!
In exchange, we encourage you to make a donation to Peyton’s Promise to help fight hunger in our community. Peyton’s Promise is in need of non-perishable breakfast items such as boxes of cereal, pop-tarts, granola bars, OR a $10 monetary donation to help purchase food for area pantries.

You don’t need an appointment. Physicals are offered FREE of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis.

- All athletes who are under the age of 18 require parental consent.
