Bone & Joint welcomes Dr. Dominic Leonardelli, expanding specialized hand, wrist and elbow services to central Wisconsin
Bone & Joint is excited to announce the addition of Dr. Dominic Leonardelli, a board-certified, subspecialty-certified and fellowship-trained specialist in hand, wrist and elbow conditions, to its team. Starting August 5, 2024, Dr. Leonardelli will see patients at Bone & Joint’s Merrill, Plover and Rib Mountain locations; patients can call now to schedule an appointment.

Meet Dr. Leonardelli
We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Dominic Leonardelli has joined the Bone & Joint team, bringing his specialized knowledge and training in treating conditions of the hand, wrist and elbow to our practice. Dr. Leonardelli is subspecialty certified in surgery of the hand and offers unparalleled expertise to patients across central Wisconsin.

Meet Nick Aschbrenner, MOTR/L
Nick Aschbrenner, MOTR/L is an occupational therapist.
Nick joined Bone & Joint’s physical therapy team to work with people of all ages who have challenges performing everyday tasks. After an initial assessment, Nick creates a treatment plan for each patient. His goal is to help people live and move as pain free as possible, so they are able to maintain their independence.
He chose a career in physical therapy because he enjoys forming relationships with his patients to support them during difficult times.

Casey Lagan, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon who sees patients at Bone & Joint clinics in Medford and Wausau, Wisconsin.

Meet Daniel Janik, PT
Daniel Janik, PT, provides physical therapy services to people recovering from orthopedic and sports-related injuries, surgery, and joint disorders affecting shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, foot, and ankles. He also assists in work comp care by performing functional assessments in clinic to aide in the return to work process and establishing accurate work limits.
Dan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the Washington University Program in St. Louis, Missouri.
When he’s not helping his patients move and feel better, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, golfing, skiing, fishing, and biking.
Meet Caitlyn Van Der Geest, PT, DPT, TPS
Caitlyn Van Der Geest, PT, DPT, TPS, has been a practicing physical therapist since 2010. She has lived and worked in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and has been in Wisconsin since 2015. Caitlyn is a Therapeutic Pain Specialist and a Fellow in Pain Science through Evidence in Motion and she is certified in trigger point dry needling.

Meet Jamie Hane, OTR/L, CHT
Jamie Hane, OTR/L, CHT, joined Bone & Joint’s Physical and Occupational Center to provide occupational therapy and specialized hand therapy to patients of all ages.
Jamie treats mobility challenges related to orthopedic conditions, especially hand and arm movement. She provides splinting and fracture management. She helps manage pain and mobility issues related to arthritis and trauma. Jamie also specializes in custom orthosis fabrication.
Jamie received her Bachelor of Science degree in occupational therapy from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
